Induction takes the first two days.
After welcoming you, they'll distribute ID cards and conduct PAT exam. Following which you'll have the document verification process which will take almost the whole day.
Next day they'll divide you into batches based on your PAT and Aspire scores. They will allocate streams and also declare your locations after training if Hyderabad is not your base location.
In my batch they divided us into Java , Java testing and Java BIPM . But it varies from batch to batch.
On both the days .. various HR and technical heads will address you explaining the company policies and stuff like that.. so just be prepared for two very long days.
In case, you plan to come with you parents and hope to see them after office or go sightseeing with them, dont even think about it. Because this is what many people did. But the parents had to wait as the day in office would end around 6 or 7pm after which there is nothing much you can do. They won't allow parents in the office or accommodation either. So dont keep you parents / relatives waiting!!

Delete2. Its on first cone first served basis. But if you have a friend/group of friends you want to stay with, try to come at the same time so you'll be allotted rooms together.No constraint, its random based on availability.
3 & 4. Its possible if there is a vacant spot in their particular flat. Yes you can exchange.. no issues .. but again... its all about availability.

ReplyDeletenope.. they say you can change your base location before two years of service only if you get married ... thats right! show a marriage certificate to the HR .. only then you can get a change in base location..
DeleteDude my first preferred location is Bangalore and then Hyderabad but in my joining letter they have given my ilp and base branch as Hyderabad... So is there is any chance for me to get into Bangalore after my ilp...? Please do reply...
